The Condotti Group hotels and townhouse suites are located in the historical centre of Rome in the most exclusive Spanish Steps area. All guests booked at the Condotti Palace; at the Antico Condotti and at the Al 55 are welcomed for registration at the main Hotel Condotti in Via Mario de Fiori 37 where the concierge is available for any assistance necessary. Condotti Palace distinguishes itself by its particular attention to the furnishing and accessories of the rooms; a harmonious blend of classic styling and modern touches. There are 22 guest rooms at the Condotti Palace housed in an historical palazzo completely renovated in 2006-2007. Guest rooms are distributed throughout four floors with a lounge on the top floor offering spectacular views over the rooftops of the heart of Rome. The atmosphere as well as being magical and relaxing is that of living in a Roman palazzo. At a separate location on the 1st floor is our original townhouse suite Antico Condotti with an independent entrance. You will find five comfortable rooms located only 20m from Piazza di Spagna. Each guest room has an en-suite bathroom; heating-air conditioning; colour TV with satellite reception; mini bar and telephone. At the Al 55 location an intense travel experience awaits you. An opportunity to experience in full the atmosphere of real Rome staying in a palazzo just 5m from The Spanish Steps. On the 2nd floor of the palazzo we have created 5 rooms with special lighting effects to help you relax in your home away from home. Among the services are en-suite marble bathroom; heating-air conditioning; flat screen LCD Sat TV; mini bar; direct line telephone and CCTV security. Children age 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Free cot available. Children over this age are considered adult and will pay the adult extra charge. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

Rooms with a classic style and modern amenities, special lighting features, marble fixtures. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, individually controlled heating/air-conditioning, tv with satellite reception, minibar, breakfast tray in room. Street or courtyard view. Third bed on request and at additional charge. Luggage service available until 8:00 pm.

Antico Condotti-C1D: Standard double rooms located in a townhouse suite, in a building which is just around the corner from the Condotti Palace. Rooms with a classic style and modern amenities, special lighting features, marble fixtures. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, individually controlled heating/air-conditioning, tv with satellite reception, minibar, breakfast tray in room. Street or courtyard view. Third bed on request and at additional charge. Luggage service available until 8:00 pm.

Suite-S1K(Suite): Suite-S1K 30 sqm made up of two separate rooms with either 2 en-suite bathrooms or 1 bathroom and a small kitchen. One of the suites has a ground floor terrace on the courtyard.
